I've watched this video 19 times. Not for the wonderful instructions on the jockey box, but to enjoy the pure serendipitous moment of the random guy in the background walking into the door handle at 1:52, who then struggles to wedge the door open again, just to have someone take over, who also fails and becomes a human doorstop. Thank you, Faculty Brewing Co.
Thank you guys for the information, look forward to using this in my program, also could you do a video on how to Sanitize your hoses and jockey box???
They mean if there is any left over sanitizer residue in the lines. If they did a good job, shouldn't be any, but better safe than sorry. It's not really a big concern as when you pour the foam out, it's already kind of clearing the line of that residue.
The Beer has to flow through 1m of stainless steel coil before it gets to the faucet, depending on the type of beer it can be poured for up to 2 bar (30psi)
