@@adnanuk2910 I would deactivate it and reactivate it in the car and I would delete the BlueLink app and reinstall it again , this would be the first thing to try

Can’t see another video with the functionality within the app demonstrated. Is such a video planned? Any further info on the cost of the app once the free period expires and if it’s free for 3 years or more??

Ive just picked up a brand new Tucson executive plus and although I’m happy with enteritis etc, I expected the features as advertised! There’s no reverse etc on key swab, ok I can cope with that, BUT as a hybrid petrol the noise from engine is louder than I expected!!! I’ve just driven a small hybrid Toyota half the price if the Tucson and when running on battery there wasn’t a sound!!! So disappointed in this car!!!
No ! I think the subscription ends after 3 or 5 years I must check again but at the point you will need to sign up and start paying then but at the start it’s free ! Thanks for watching 🙂👋

To answer the second part of the question, I think you need to authorise the car to be shared so I don’t think that’s possible, to answer the first part, I need to check to see if there is a way to delete previous user profiles! I’ll Come back to you
