A tutorial to get started using MyFitnessPal. It is a great tool which, unfortunately, doesn't allow you to manipulate your macronutrient (fats/carbs/proteins) numbers. This will teach you how to set everything to ZERO so that you can keep your personal macro numbers in the back of your head as you track your foods every day. Hope this helps!
