So gravity is going to pull the unit down under the dogs head, so I doubt you will be able to keep it up towards the skywill this be a issue losing signal to the satellite(s)? How well do they do on very overcast or rainy days?

We can absolutely understand these concerns! When fit as intended the collar will be snug and will not shift much during wear, so the antenna typically will remain where it is placed. If it is frequently shifting this will likely mean the collar is a bit too loose; tightening it until you can fit one finger underneath the strap will likely resolve this issue. Though weather can occasionally cause GPS signal fluctuations, the bigger factor would be heavy tree cover. These systems do work best in areas without very heavy tree cover.

We are in an unbuilt area and the gps just shows a big blank area! How do I set it up without any markers?

My app will not connect to my collar my collar is flashing double green and near the base and my app refuses to pick up the collar can somebody please help me there's no customer service on the weekends I had very poor customer service on Friday
