Have the exact pool,same size,same pump but we bought a much larger safety ladder. Ours has been up 3 years and we have noticed some of the horizontal,top poles,have rusted thru. They're expensive to replace,150.00 for 4. We keep ours up year round,winterize and cover when not in use. Paid 369.00 for it in 2020,has been an amazing pool for our family. We are getting the newest oval pool made by swim vista next season. I worry too mich about the rusting legs and top poles.

Oh no. We haven't had that probably and have had the pool for about 3 years up all year long also. I saw that bigger pool. It looks amazing.

I got a gently used pool just like this model and am wondering if there is supposed to be a hole in the bottom of the liner? 🤔 Didn’t know if it was some sort of drain…or do I need to get a patch kit?

There is one hole close at the bottom that has a cap on it for the drain.

Thank you for posting this! We're newbies putting up a Coleman Power Steel 22' x 52" this weekend. So you didn't put anything under the pool (i.e. tarp, Rhino Pad) or under the legs (pavers)?

No we didn't put anything done underneath the pool. Put sand down to level it out. You can put a tarp if you want to. I wouldn't recommend pavers as they may rub against the pool and tear up the liner.

Tarp is a huge no no. Pavers are a mega no no. Just level. Mason sand or all purpose sand. A pad made for pools if you choose to. If your not on well water definately spray the entire area with weed killer once you dig off the topsoil layer of grass and organics. As you fill keep spreading the floor to keep it flat and without creases. Never use play sand. Pavers. Tarps. Plastic. Anything that is a moisture barrier.

Only drain your pool just below the the water inlet and outlet. Remove hoses and store hoses and pump in garage or basement basement.

Wasn’t there 2 skimmer ports on the pool? I have a friend that has the same pool and wants to get a sand filter. How did you plug the second skimmer port?

The pool came with rubber plugs for winterizing. Use of those to plug the port.

I have the same pool, but mine has two B inlet holes. I only see one on yours. Did you plug the other one? When you added the bigger pump?

Hello, we are getting ready to set up this same pool up. I have a couple questions. How did you measure the width of the ground to till the ground? It looks like got exact width around the pool. Also, what size tiller did you use? I have to rent one from Home Depot. Thank you for the help :)

We put a stake in the middle. If 22 foot use string 11 to 11.5 foot tied to stake make circle. Level it out flat removing any rocks. You are good to set up.

@@themcnayfamily4866 Let me check and get back to you. We have since updated the our hoses to PVP pipes because they kept leaking and we had to keep replacing them. Typical of hoses to do that after so many uses.

nobody is showing the cover in any videos --it comes with one right? how is it to cover the pool? is the cover strong/sturdy?

It does come with one. We never use it. From what I remember it was not that sturdy of one. We've talked about investing in a solar cover but never did.

I’ll go with intex. Why? Because you had to use an INTEX filter for a Coleman pool lol. No brainer to just buy an intex pool.

The filter is an upgrade. Intex and Coleman are just the names of the pools. They are both made by Bestway.
