I am still having one problem though...I must disable my Windows Firewall in order for other computers on my local network to see the FTP server. If the firewall is off things work perfectly. If I turn on the firewall no one can get in. My goal is to have any device on my local network be able to access the FTP server running on my Windows 10 pc. If you have any more advice on what I might be missing I would appreciate it so much. I followed your directions exactly so far (or at least I believe I have).

I think it’s incorrect to say the location doesn’t matter. I’ve read a few different walk thoughts that specify locations on the volume.

You have to open the port 21 (UDP, TCP), to get acces to the FTP File Server, because Windows is Blocking those ports.
