When you have more than one other person in the group, is "sending" a color visible to everyone else in the group, or is there a way to send it to just one person in the group at a time?

I had to go in and turn off every firewall setting in my router, Then I turned it all back on when I was done getting to work. It is a real PITA!

Mine keeps saying lamp does not exist, it has a red button instead of green. I can't even access the settings for the lamp.

What if my elderly parent does not have a "smart "phone for the app? How can I connect two devices at a distance?

Hi there, you only need a smart phone to setup the lamp. Once it's setup you can send and change colors on the lamp. The app will add additional optional features 👍

I haven't bought it but I'm in a group of 4, do I buy all of the four lamps separately or in twos or is there a package for four?

Hi there, we do have a set of "four" available. But you can buy them all separately and connect them together by using the one GroupID :)

My bf and I can’t connect to each other, it won’t show that he requested my group when he did. The wifi also isn’t work but out wifi is fine in general.
