Theres something I dont understand in the app - When tapping the lamp within the app, pattern settings seem to be ignored/it will always pulse at the start. This doesnt happen when tapping the lamp itself. Another thing - whats the difference between animation lenth and dimming time? Will the lamp switch to solid after the animation length time is over? And is dimming time active for the whole group?

Additionally - color codes ignore the animation setting too?

Hi there, yes if you tap from the app or secret codes it will send the pulse by default. We are looking at changing that. Animation length is how long the pattern will run for before going to the dimming feature. So it might be 5mins of pulse and then 1hr of dimming. Hope that helps :)

Other person can't add to group because it says can't use special characters in ID ...can't type it in any help would be appreciated!
