The 1.5 we added to the sleeve length. I didn't mention anything about it. I realized it will be longer once the cuff is added

Knowing you watched thee video and followed its process...that means you got it right and the armhole is rightly aligned... Front and back isn't suppose to be equal since the back is longer than the front from the beginning...
