Today I have a great stash buster project that is also very useful. These scrappy scrubbers make a great gift and sew up in a jiffy! The burlap side is perfect for those stuck on messes and the soft cotton side are great for the delicate items!! You're not only cleaning out some scraps from your stash but also saving the plant a little but not buying those plastic scrubbers. I hope you give these a try and thanks for watching!!

I'm a quilter of 30+ years. I love your tutorials and learning new things. You just explained how to measure 1/4" and 1/2" on my pressure foot. Wow! Thank you!

Thank you for suggesting burlap!! 👍👍brilliant idea 💡. I think this is best I have seen for washing dishes , and very eco friendly. Reuse and no more plastic. I will be making several so I can change out every two days . Great idea for Christmas gifts for stocking for my adult children.

Great idea for cleaning garden pots or scrubbing dirty hands or feet. I'd also simply layer my fabrics together and zigzag around the perimeter numerous times. No turning anything right side out. Just cut to the chase. Burlap is a natural fabric. It's called hessian.

I use tool? for the bottom with a piece of flannel or fleece. I am surprised how well they hold up and scrub. I thought they would fall apart quick but didn't! 😳

Hi Scrappy! I cut out all my denim for a brick wall quilt and set my sewing machine for 3.0 stitch length and I'm using a #18 denim needle. It looks like it might be making holes in the denim kind of like tiny tears. When I've used a #16 needle in my previous blue jean denim quilt I broke a lot of needles. Are these tiny holes ok? Thank you for your inspiration to JUST DO THIS! My 1st denim quilt was in 1992 using scissors, took forever & made my hand sore. In 2016-17 I made my 2nd one using a rotary cutter & was easier. With your notes this one is so easy it's almost scary! Thank you!

Why not use poly batting? It would dry faster. Just wondering, why you said you would not use but did not say why. I would think it would dry faster. Thanks fun idea for a gift.
