Tim and Louise are the best friends I have never met. At 62 I started to learn photography and wish I had started years ago. Really look forward to checking out the DVD each month in Practical Photography and love the RU-vid channel. The 100 hour challenge was fabulous, not only informative but beautifully presented. Seriously well done guys. I live in Hathersage in the Peak District which you visit regularly for PP which just adds to the appeal. Finally thank you so much for the Photoshop tutorials. Cant tell you how good they are. You bring light where previously there was none.

Haven't watched them all. Love the fact you explain things so that we can go away and try them for ourselves. Only just bought my Canon 1309d camera about two weeks ago and I can't wait to get out there.

When on beach, use flat surface below your tripod legs so that your tripod will be steady and no blur motion in photos! You can use cd's blank for each leg below its leg tip.!

That was a brilliant series of videos folks but, small gripe. Of all the locations you went, only one was not in England. There is far more to the UK, than England. It has many beautiful locations to be sure but still, it is not the UK, only part of it.

Would adding a yellow or red filter have a detrimental effect when shooting raw b&w or would you then change to jpeg?

Always curious how you younger people in UK can afford nice cars and top grade photo equipment and have money to travel to all these fantastic places ! Some of us work hard all our lives and cannot do it!
