Were you expecting an efficient way of killing Pace22 and his crew as a solo swabbie? Its a 4v1 the only thing you can do is use dead angles and run against wind, not much else
Yea, you know, like any 'David vs Goliath' type scenario, you as the little guy need to play smart or die in a head to head fight. This video is a legit strategy.
@@jetlee6399 there's nothing to learn in this situation. When it's 1v4, 2 of them always board you, and you can't win a 1v2 fight melee unless they lag/crash. So don't blame yourself, you're not bad, it's just that if you want to win solo vs 3/4 they must be reeeeeeally bad players
Sinking to holes from the back, while it's literally at the stairs they bail, they must be some serious bots ^^ If you want to sink gally efficiently, aim for the front, so the repair guy has to go through the whole haul to repair, while he does that he's not bailing neither repairing
The most important part about sinking galleys is to constantly board check, because its already a 4v1 its OK if one of them leaves the ship to kill you, and the second you die, its game over.
Jig ball will have the same intended effect as the weary ball. Both will prevent them from performing whatever action that you're trying to prevent. The grog ball and the ankle ball would be your next choices as these would slow them down. The venom ball is a last choice for that purpose. BTW, if you put both a ton of upper and lower holes all you're concerned with is them getting water to second deck. You can also use blunder bombs to keep them off of repairs in localized areas.

how do you get your supplies? do you just spend a while outpost hopping / island hopping so you can buy resource crates and loot barrels or is there some way that ive been missing. ik sea forts are really good but a full cannonball barrel is something i see pretty often when watching content creators.
It was clearly not a very good crew imo. A good crew would have noticed you comming from far. They would have been prepared to say welcome to you. And they would have send one or two boarders at you since a while as you were staying on the canon in a stationnary position. Still wp, but i don't think it was avery challenging crew.
You really did a great job in the video. However, I don't think the way to sink a gallon is to follow certain steps, I think the way is to do the steps without doing any miskate. Because when you fight a gallon, one mistake is enough to sink you. Doing the steps is easy, avoiding mistakes is difficult and challenging, especially under pressure. Again, you did great in this fight, keep it up 👍 Note: excuse my bad English.
So catch them with their pants down and get lucky with cursed balls that you find. Possible yes, probable no. While this does work, there are too many variables that can go wrong here in my personal opinion. Do you any other tips that don't rely on luck?
If you and the gally are both sailing and within cannon range, just chainshot all their masts, send a boarder, then raise sails and stop in front or behind the gally and put holes in them.
Sure just get the drop on a shit crew with 50 cursed cannonballs and chain shots, while in island water while both not moving. This is some nest level stuff
A competent crew would have put pressure on you from the island, had one person repairing/bucketing and sent 2 people to board you. They should have been firing on you from the fort even before you got a shot off but they weren't paying attention.
Great quik and simple guide video ! This is not a show-off video? Its obviously meant too show the technicality behind sinking a galleon... When i started playing i would shoot the back of a ship 40 times and wonder why it didnt sink (while there was only 1 hole above water....)
Any half decent crew keep ssailes raised turns the gally and turrets u from miles away and if u have aggressive players like me we already shot out have pressure and ur done 😂😂
