you clearly don’t know that the fat in the lower part of the cheek can be resistant towards diet and exercise and Im living proof of that, im 5’10 weigh 144 and do cardio almost every day and i still got baby cheeks

Was below 10% bf last year, visible abs, veins on my stomach etc. Face still round because I was a fat kid once. And my body stores water in my face. Immediatly. I would have to go to a dangerously low BF percentage to get lost of the baby face.
This procedure is so much better on men. Nobody is even talking about it for men and always talking about gaunted or skinny women getting it and the "risks".
Why get that surgery done? You should love the way God made you..I hope one day you can see yourself in God's eyes so you will not want to change for anyone or even for yourself.
I had started to get chubby cheeks a few months ago and I went on a calorie deficit real quick lol combined with intermittent fasting and I lost the weight effortlessly, although I went below my goal weight and got very skinny so next time ill just stick to the calorie deficit only.
I am working out since 8 years. Got my body fat below 10 still I have the baby face. My cheek bones are wide which is making it store more fat and water.
@@e.v.a.n.a.f.t.o.n.Not a lot, just eat lots of protein and a slight deficit calories. You don’t have to count calories, just eat healthy and exercise once in a while. It doesn’t take a lot.
@@mahendrakr308same bro! I feel u, I used to be skinny fat w a chubby face, but nice I’m in solid shape w some muscles and kinda lean,y face slimmed down, but i still have face chub and it makes me feel like my face still big, but I believe it’s cus I have wide cheek bones too
