Merci beaucoup for this recipe ! I stabilized my BJ2 at 100°C, or 212°F. It has been cooking since two hours and will be ready for 20h00 this evening.

nice video but thumbs down cuz no information about what setting on the kamado joe, and no temp whats low heat?

Thanks for this video! How do you achieve such a low temp in the Kamado (175F)? I find it hard to keep lower temperatures than say 210F.. Are you using less coal or any other tricks? If I close the vents too much in my Kamado then I'll kill the glow. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. Many thanks!

Hi, make sure sure your temp. is low, 200-250 or lower. I was able to achieve a very good result at 175 for 4.5 hours. higher the temp. the faster it smokes... keep an eye on it.

Hi, nice video. Does the fish leave a fishy smell on the Kamado Joe? I've heard smoking fish on a Kamado is can result in fishy oils staying in bbq

try not to go over 175, I made it several times on 125 and once on 250, the best result between 150-175
