I don’t understand why you have to show people how to smoke cream cheese, it’s not a raw meat that has to be fully cooked to avoid food poisoning, smoke for this long for a slight flavor, longer if you want it more intense, and smoking if it isn’t going to make it last longer if it’s about to expire, there’s a definite parallel with states that smoke meats all year round and stupidity, lol
