Goof I notice after uploading is for the first 10 floors I said 68 instead of 88 oops. Bonus Tip: After using Unei more I realized she is incredible power. She grants stonewall a powerful shield and she heals you for basically your entire health bar, so she will solve any durability problems you may have for bosses.
I got to floor 80 with a party of 2 machinists -- we both died to the boss inner circle that instakills. You don't really need Steel or any other poms at floor 1-80, the mobs and bosses are more about mechanics than about damage, and they often stop doing autos when casting mechanics so you can heal up with potions. Even fighting mimics is bearable without using control (heavy/bind + kite). Mechanics are brutal though, one slip/brainfart can easily ruin the run. That being said, I've yet to visit 81+. Maybe the damage will become a problem there.
Damage is only a problem for dps/healers on the 90 boss I've found. There's one undodgeable roomwide aoe that will oneshot you if you're not a tank so use steel there. Other than that? Mechanics all the way, dmg isn't really that big a problem.
5:19 this is honestly the issue I have trying to solo as BLM atm; the hyper-potions just don't provide me with enough healing to get past the floor bosses. It seems like the regen-potions and the Unei/Onion knight clones are absolutely necessary for the floor bosses if you're soloing with BLM?
yeahhh this guide is not helpful at all if you are having trouble queing for 1-10 to even start like ihave, 30min+ ques and then they still don't pop, i finally ended up trying warrior a few times.. got multiple runs in a row where a fkin dread beast spawned before floor 10 and would work its way to of the passage as i cleared -.- FINALLY cleared with literally 45 seconds left because my dps with 1 aetherpool on warrior was so garbo and now dreading 11-20..... but yeah my summoner just got shit all over i got the boss to maybe 75% before i was totally tapped out on cooldowns and hi-pot cooldowns, absolutely useless lol basically dude says "welllll get carried or get lucky and get a group and have them help you grind a shitload of aetherpool, and then no worries just come and steam roll floor 1-10!" like that's remotely helpful lol
Everything 10 floors is technically a checkpoint meaning you can take a break and comeback later, but 30 is the only starting checkpoint meaning if you die you have to go back to 30
I don't know for sure. I did like 20 floors with friend then went in solo. I know I wasn't synced for the floor 20 or floor 30 boss. However, it shouldn't matter that as long as you are smart with how you fight enemies and don't take unnecessary damage during bosses. If you're struggling with taking to much damage then farming aether with warrior or another tank might be helpful. That being said Unei or Onion will solve any durability problems during bosses
@@TheNastyNamazu it ABSOLUTELY does matter, you will get fucking steam rolled if you go in there on a caster or DPS with 1/1 aetherpool, from experience multiple times because it's currently impossible to que for floors 1-30 on Famfrit
@@zeening It doesn't I just reset my aetherpool and did the floors 1 to 10 with no trouble. I even sped run it meaning I wasn't level 88 so I didn't have my second shield charge which just meant I had to sprint for one the radials(with that second shield the damage is nothing), and honestly if I didn't just face tank the autos and kited better that likely wouldn't have been necessary. As long as you know the fights and use your shields/phoenix/super potions smart the damage is fine to handle. And that isn't even taking into account Unei or Onion knight who basically prevent you from taking damage, or the regen dread beast.
@@TheNastyNamazui dont think this is good advice ppl will go in waste half an hour of their time and die to auto damage :/ maybe it is ok with good pomanders but thats some rng there. hyper potions are not enough.
@@xxxfairyyxxx I was able to do it at lvl 87(one lower than I recommend so extra shield charge) with only a steel, hyper potions, and no more aetherpool than I got from the floors. I even took a lot of unnecessary damage because didn't kite the boss like I should have. As long as your not wasting your shields and using the potion when able its fine especially if you go in at 88 because of the second charge Moreover, I do recommend in the video that if you struggle with the damage then try warrior instead of summoner.
you're getting lvl90 at floor 15-17 if you're talking about the in-dungeon level system for permanent leveling, I guess it should be 25% of a level with 21-30 spam like in HoH. Haven't tested it, all my classes are at 90
It's really not that bad. Its just hard to see the safe spot in the moment. For the most part as long as your not opposite of a dragon you should be fine or have enough time to adjust.
yeah with how long it takes to get there currently unless you massively out-aetherpool it, that seems a pretty fuckin egregious boss to just expect people to figure out for CASUAL content where one mistake kills you lmaooo
Yes and no. This is a separate deep dungeon(100 floors instead of 200) like palace of the dead for levels 80 to 90. However, to unlock it you do need to reach floor 50 of Palace in the dead to get the checkpoint and have completed the msq of endwalker.
soooooo what's the point of a how to solo 1-30 floors guide that basically says "welll if you've already ground out a bunch of aetherpool levels you can just facetank the floor 10 boss on summoner and just steamroll to floor 30 no worries!" BRUHHHHHH WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE ARE LOOKING UP A 1-30 SOLO GUIDE FOR IT LOL BECAUSE IT'S OVER A 30 MINUTE QUE FOR 1-30 AND THEN IT STILL DOESNT POP, PEOPLE CAN'T "GRIND OUT A BUNCH OF AETHERPOOL" FROM 1/1 lmaooooo
I reset my aetherpool and did the first 10 floors again solo as summoner to confirm if it was harder or easier than when original I did it, and it was basically the same. Like in the video I even rushed the floors meaning I didn't have the extra shield that I recommend and it was still perfectly fine. As long as your not taking unnecessary damage and not wasting your healing/mitigation tools(super-potions, phoenix, aegis) your aetherpool shouldn't matter. And if you get a dread regen or Unei/Onion even that doesn't matter
