How to solve AIRLIFT Pressure Sensor Fault issue! 

I was having that issue a lot bacn then.. but im prety sure i found the issue, normally you get that warning when you have over pressure in the tank, the manifold gets into safe mode and sends that code... for example, i go to gym and leave my car getting direct sun and with high tempetures, my tank being in full pressure and getting heat, the pressure expands, and the manifold enters in safe mode or pressure sensor fault. i made an experiment, and left the car again with direct sun light and high temperatures outside the parking lot, but this time the solution was to leave the tank half empty, and there you have it. . no more faults.. and i did notice the pressure was higher than before when i came back from the gym to my car. . remember you have some water in the tank, and with the heat the water condensates and creats more air in the thank....im so sure airlift knows this, but i bealive the dont say nothing about ot bcuz they run a bussines and that type of stuff gets the more manifod purchases when the manifold its not under warranty no more. I hope this its helpful for anyone out there having headaches bcuz of that pressure sensor fault thing lol .. and just to let yall know i havent got that issue any more, and i did not change the maifold either. and just for the record I run the 5 gallon tank and 2 compressors.. yalls may be diferent but its the same concept.

I’m getting the same issue on mine too. It’s also for my right rear. They said unplug it take it inside somewhere warm and let it sit for 24 hours and then plug it back in. I’m not expecting this to work but we’ll see

Good video. Every video I’ve seen about this issue with the manifolds, the manifolds are installed at the same level as the tank. Maybe they changed this, but they now to commend mounting the manifold above the tank. Might help! (Getting ready to install my 3H soon!)

Hey Chris I’m close to nyc Im currently having the same issue rn n I can’t air up at all it says fault:pressure sensor. I called airlift yesterday n I explained to them n they told me to fill out a warranty claim that they would get back to me in 1-2 days then they did today but it says to send them proof of purchase n all that but I bought it in 2019 n I can’t find my receipt I think I remember where I bought it in jersey but i don’t remember the exact price or have the receipt. The manifold does have the code in the back tho.

l just getting that issue on my accord too! but what l do is lift Up the car high and turn off my car for 5 minutes so when l turn my car On again that problem go away 'l guess this issue act like like that cuz its star getting Cold now so , l guess to recommen no low the car no much if is cold outside

Thank You for this video! I just had this problem come up on my rear right bag where it shows on my controller it airs all the way up to 241 PSI followed by the Fault : Pressure Sensor. I’m sure it’ll be the same fix right?

My controller is still saying 0 as well on my front right. Does everything still work if the sensor is still failing? Like were you still able to adjust height?

I just went to 0, took out all the air in my compressor and it went away. Ty broskie S63 amg here

Hi my van has come up with a couple of problems and don't no we're to start 1: height sensor not present 2: invalid mount 3: height calibration When I got the calibrat the air life it goes up as calibration failed Help needed guy cheers

only one compressor is working because the system reset itself after replacing the manifold, you have to turn on the second compressor manually during the calibration.

Aye bro I got a lexus IS as well and I recently got bags for the car and everytime I air down from highest height to drive height the car will air down too much and i’ll start scraping. Has this happened to you? If so, any fix?

What was the turnaround from them? Couple days? Week?

Would this be the same issue if your compressors don’t come on? I put everything together, all wiring setup, fuses are good, hot wired my compressors to see if they work, as soon as I connect to my main harness, nothing. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Is the car still drive able when the pressure sensor is bad?

I have a message "fault pressure sensor" on my remote of my airlift.. please help

You don’t need to replace the manifold, need to replace the tank pressure sensor on the pcb in the manifold and it cost me £40 in the UK

To sum up. He installs a new manifold.

So the only way to fix it is to get a new $900 manifold. Doubt that...I bought the car with the system installed so I do t have the warranty information...there's got to be a better way to clear this issue.

Yeah bro my compressor went out too. This airlift is a pain in D ass seriously. But u can rebuild the compressor yourself. Its easy.
