I'm new to this, I recently purchased one of these models and as I try to sublimate some coffee mugs for the first time I seem to be getting uneven heat distribution as my mugs only show vibrant colors where the cup is closes to the bottom whether on its side or upside down or right side up. The temp is correct and I've played around with different heating times and some air vacummed and some not, Am I doing something wrong here, is this some kind of a rookie mistake?

Hello Joy, Thanks for this very helpful video. I have got a question, my vacuum works but it doesn't suck the air in as tight as usual. This happen for a while now, I have checked all the place that the air may leak and also change the silicon sheet and silicon border but it still happen. Please if you have some spare time can you give me some suggestion. Thank you.
