Hey everyone, Eli here! Today, I want to share my process that I've developed over the last 17 years on how I cull and sort my images. This process has evolved, and I want to show you where I am now in 2023, a very busy season, and how I keep up with one-week turnarounds on weddings while delivering images in chronological order using PicTime.
We'll go through Narrative Select and Lightroom. My process starts in Lightroom, goes to Narrative Select, and then back to Lightroom before exporting to PicTime. Let's dive into my workflow after a wedding day.

thanks for the insight, i have a similar workflow, using Pixieset instead of Pic-time. DVLOP looks interesting. Do you export your images in full res for the client or a little smaller ?

Awesome. I used Pic-time because it was unlimited. Pixieset looks great too. I export as big as I can to stay under the 60mb file limit for Pictime. I make some huge GFX 100s Panoramic images so they get cut down to 10,000 pixels on the long and for a maximum.

Thank you for informativw video. Iam Intrested why so many photos from weddings? There is horizontal and vertical photos from same subject ect. Do clients really like that much stuff? Or are they buying those from gallery? And thats the reason to have all options?

Everyone is different. GFX is tends to get used in Portrait mode and canon in landscape. I sell a good amount of prints but it's hard to say what clients order on their own. Weddings vary from 1000-1800 images depending on the coverage. In my experience there is no such thing as too many photos on a wedding day for my clients.
