Rio Cangrejal is a beautiful river located in the La Ceiba region of Honduras. It is a popular destination for white-water rafting, kayaking, and swimming. The river is surrounded by lush jungle, and there are many opportunities for hiking and exploring the local wildlife.
If you are interested in white-water rafting, there are a number of companies that offer tours. The tours typically last for a half-day or a full day, and they include all of the necessary equipment. The rapids on the Rio Cangrejal range from Class I to Class IV, so there is something for everyone.
Here are some tips for white-water rafting:
Wear clothes that you can get wet and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.
Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
Listen to your guides and follow their instructions.
Don't be afraid to get a little wet!
