Split Training will take your Taekwondo to the next level.
JOURNALING is REQUIRED to achieve splits training!
Like growing a tree you must log all your progress, logging the ("Date", "Reps and sets count","Stretch duration per split attempt")
Also log rest days.
Do a net 30 minutes of split attempts daily.
NOTE:
Stretches like chair splits are “hyper-splits”.
Do not attempt unless you can comfortably do a split!
Do not train hyper-splits without the guidance of a professional (Gymnastics, Ballet, or Taekwondo) instructor.
