Can i ask for the measurement of the spool? How long in total is how wide and how long is the spool and length from the end to the little shaft that holding the bearing.Thanks

A swivel at the end of the leader? No a lure snap is fine. You could use a swivel if you are having trouble with line twist from certain lures (like an inline spinner) but for the most part you can either toe directly onto the lure or use one of these snaps.

@@yep.fishingI like the clean join between the line and leader like you've got it and I don't have spinner lures at the moment, so I'm going to go with it just like you've shown here. Thanks. PS my new reel is an Abu Garcia Revo S. there are some good specials and I've got a six foot rod that needs a reel so I jumped in on one. I've also got a shorter retractable rod from Temu and a $20 reel for that. I'm hoping I can get some practice in on these.

Yea they are the only knots you really need. There are more advanced leader to braid knots that leaves a slimmer knot if you have small guides on your rod but for the most part this knot is good.

Don't know what the drag is like, never hooked a fish. Can't imagine it would be anything special. I think it's 6kg

There are no sizes as such, but it has a shallow spool for casting lighter lures (maybe 1/12 Oz) and a deep spool that I would probably use for yellow belly or trout
