I will add to these 2 Soaked & chopped Dried fig & apricot Fresh squeezed lemon, chopped celery 1 green spring 0nion HSS pepper a tiny amount of mint & coriander turmeric and some toasted sesame oil some toasted cashews & pumpkin seeds & 1 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. I like eating this way because of texture mostly then the wild raw flavours.
@Jenius Bar I am sprouting Quinoa for the first time. My Instructions is : Place quinoa in a large bowl. Rinse and drain quinoa to remove dust. Completely cover quinoa in filtered water and soak for 1 hour. I used Distilled. Rinse and drain water and transfer quinoa to a sprouting jar or a fine colander. Rinse quinoa every few hours, making sure to drain off all water. Sprouting will occur in 24 hours, but you can continue to sprout for 2 days if desired for softer consistency. You can store quinoa in an air tight container for up to 1 week. Use in salads, raw burgers and desserts. I got these instruction off the internet, My Question is, Are these Instructions Accurate ? I have a jar exactly like yours but I do not have a seal for the lid, can I just place the lid on the jar without the spring form & seal ? I am learning to soak all manner of grain now so I can absorb the nutrients better & help myself reduce any occurrence of IBS by doing this. I have issues with Wheat, Barley & Rye & Gluten. I want to use these grains & seeds for salads along side my own fermented items like Kimchi & Sauerkraut or fermented pickles. Dried Chickpeas are next on my list of sprouted legumes. That Salad of yours looks absolutely Delicious, I love using dried figs & Apricots that have been also soaked prior to using them in this manner. I am not Vegan, I still eat meat even though I am not really interested in eating meat, but until I can find a balance where I wont starve myself to death & deprive myself of beneficial & necessary nutrients that meats contain that cant be found in supplementation, I need meat as I was raised on it & at my age wouldn't be smart to stop. I have been heavily gravitating towards Vegetarian meals instead, this does allow some freedom & flexibility so If I need meat, I can have it without guilt. This video was amazing, the music, the environment & how you present your ideals made this video one to remember & Am now subscribed :) Thanks
Great video! Where do you buy your quinoa? I tried sprouting quinoa from the grocery store and it didn't work. I used a mason jar and sprouting lid. Thank you!
Hey I don't want to be a party pooper but when the buckwheat Is brown it means it's not raw but has been roasted, the raw is whiteish green in it color, that is also the reason it didn't sprout
Thanks, amazing video.but for reference sake, how much grams of quinoa did you sprout in that jar. I'll have to do 1kg at once. So have to figure out how many Jars and what size I need
Omg you put Nutrituonal yeast in it tooooo hahaha. I put NY on everything. Best source of B vitamins for vegans and super easy to include in your diet.
