Yes perfect I was wondering how I could cook some quinoa because I plan yo bring some with me and dont really wanna use a microwave... can we bring canned tomatoes or tomato's that are in prepackaged containers onboard

I usually cook it in a good thermos with a tight lid and just pour boiling water in. I have a quinoa video on my channel for how I cook it while traveling. Cans, maybe depends on your security.

i cook my beans in a thermos, preheat the termos and then put the beans in with boiling water and leave for a day.the next day i have cooked beans in a thermos (works better with younger or smaller beans)
