I watched pretty much all the videos in this playlist and I'm so happy to say that I got through with flying colors. The whole process took me like 2 weeks. I went through 4 rounds of interview. 2 - one on ones and 2 group interviews and in-between I had a "Life at apple" intro presentation thing. Thank you so much man. You are doing a wonderful job :)

Hi Ben just want to say a huge thank you. I landed the job at my local store I studied your videos religiously which massively helped. So I’d like to give back to you. There was one major questions no one could prepare you for and it was “Name me a situation where you were stranded and what did you do” other advise for anyone is the Why Apple question its massive and they look for someone who can adapt and learn quickly but also hold a great conversation. Greetings from Turkey, Ben! In here, the recruitment process is kinda different. For example, the group interview is the last phase of the process. And guess what, I have a group interview next week!! I studied with your videos for two weeks, and this is the last round, and here I am :) Thanks for everything.

@@BenTalksTalent Yes but only one question. They asked me why I quit my previous job. They asked me because, in my opinion, that role was being sales specialist Inditex Zara, so they are similar to the specialist role in apple. I said that my co-workers were not motivated like me, and that thing started to decrease my motivation, and I decided to quit. And they liked my motivation and passion about my job.

Thank you for all these videos! Got the job at apple & ended up getting a better role than I originally applied for! In my last interview I had these 3 questions- Explain a time when you gave exceptional customer service, what is something you aim to improve about yourself & to describe a product and explain it's features (didn't need to be an apple product, he said It could be anything)! Again, thank you so much! :)

@@Chimefierce the apple webinar is just them talking! Your camera and mic will be off and you’ll have a chance to ask questions at the end but because there’s so many people on at the same time your questions might get lost! The next step after for me was a 1 v 1 interview in store with the store manager. She asked general questions covered in most of ben’s videos! Focus on customer service! My next interview was a group interview with a store leader and 2 others. We did not do any sort of role playing and again focused on customer service and our experience in retail. A question that I got was what is the best way I learn about products and how I’d relay that back to a customer! Good luck!

Hey Ben! I’ve had my initial phone interview, my virtual group interview, and now i’m being invited to go the store to meet with the store lead , any idea on how close am i to being done with the interview process or what to look forward to with this part of the interview with the store lead?

You are almost there. One or two interviews with store leads and that’s it. You got this. Usually the store lead interview is pretty casual and a check the box interview.

It's true, but there are people (they don't have rich parents) who while studying and working hard for a future professional career need to pay bills and food, so they need to combine it with a job, and Apple Retail is not a bad idea.
