BEN!!!!!!!!! 🚨🚨🚨🚨 I studied almost every one of your videos on how to get hired at Apple. I wrote down the questions & variations of my answers (just so I won’t sound like I rehearsed it) Legit every question you mentioned was asked. I was not unprepared for any of it. My hiring process was different to say the least. Group interview was just me and 1 other candidate who was a man. I made sure to dominate by asking to go first and fully answering questions. Second interview was at the store. I get there 10 minutes early liked you said. I get there and I accidentally run into the Store GM. He interviews me laughed and said I was putting him to work for being early. I was nervous about that. After the interview I met another woman who was the person that was suppose to actually interview me and the GM said: hey you’re suppose to talk to her. They were sooo friendly and laidback. She asked me what days I needed off in the next 90 days I said comic con and that took this interview into a whole other level. She didn’t even ask me anything else because I distracted her with Comic Con. That interview was at 9am. They called me about 30 minutes after it was all done asked me to come back into the store for a third interview later that day. I did. Each manager had three/4 questions of the ones you listed and were different from the previous manager. I waited 9 days That’s when I got the call I got the JOB!! Thank you sooooo freaking much! Thanks to you and your videos I got hired AND I start next week!!!! Thank YOU 🥹🙏🏽

I just got off the phone with my interview and thanks to your video and insight my interviewer went off record and said that I scored the highest out of all the interviews she spoke with - Thanks to you I was able to secure the first interview! I had interviewed one time but I was not ready and did not get it, second time I applied and got the chance again I studied and watched all your videos, and it went all so natural and great. I did get some questions that you have talked about (especially the why apple, that one is a must) but for the rest that they changed, I was still able to ace it because you prepared me on how to answer them, organize my answer and show the right attitude! earlier today, i had my phone interview. i did my own basic research--company values, job expectations, and related my previous work experiences with the behavioral questions! (my previous job works heavily with apple retail stores) it was nearly an hour long we talked so much. at the end he commended our conversation and said i would be going on to the virtual interview stage! i found and enjoyed your video to prepare for my second interview--great advice. advice from previous employees in your comments are really helpful too.

I posted my application for Apple retail about a week ago and I've talked with their staff a few times in person so far and I'm making it a habit to visit the store to talk to the team when they're free about any tips and their experience working here. Recently I talked to their technician whose worked with Apple for over 15 years and they want to become a manager. Talking to them eased some tension I had about approaching their staff and realized they were just as friendly as my previous job's staff.

Just had my first interview for the Specialist position. It was through WebX and I was interviewed by the store manager. There were zero tech questions which is what I was preparing for (I now know the anatomy of an iPhone and Macbook). The questions I was asked were: 1) What is your favorite Apple product? 2) How did you resolve an experience with a difficult customer? 3) Name a time where you gave excellent customer support or received support?

Hello, I had my group interview with Apple retail store today, I prepared with your videos all week and felt more than confident walking in. However to my surprise I was the only candidate that didn't have experience working with Apple before so that threw me off right away and got into my head. The questions I was asked: Tell us about yourself? Why Apple? What was a situation you had to learn something very fast? What was a time you went above and beyond customer expectations? What was a time you had to had to deal with customer conflict? What was a time where you had to use nimble learning? What is a product or service you use everyday, what is your favorite feature about it, and how would you show or sell that product/service? I was asked to lead the first three questions, I was unsure how to set the tone when going first. Then the order was changed and I had more time to collect myself and prepare a response. I think the roleplay was the last question and I felt confident with my response. They then opened the door for questions and I seemed to get a very positive response to all my questions. What's the culture like at the Apple Store and what energy can we expect on walking in on our first day? (they absolutely loved this question) What are some things we can do before to prepare before we start or what are some challenges I can expect to face right away? (this got positive response as long answer and detailed answer from the interviewer so I felt good) Lastly, this question might be more specific to me but I was wondering what a path to a creative role looks like? Walking out I felt I had a strong second half and confident I was well prepared. One thing I learned for next time is to not be shy from adding personal anecdotes and communicate emotions to help paint the picture. When me or my peers use a more personal response it was received with more feedback and questions from interviewers. I was told I will hear back within a week or so, fingers crossed.
