Happy new year to you as well (in advance, it’s currently 8:03pm rn) 🎉 My goals are: being successful at work (I am going to work in another “unit” of the company: new tasks, new people, new projects etc.), I want to “reinvent” myself when it comes to my free time ->I want to find more things/hobbies I wanna do/have (like crocheting, doing crossword puzzles, drawing etc.), I wanna be more productive when it comes to sport (doing Pilates and I mean consistently 😅, doing workouts in general (consistently as well 😂) … Yea that’s everything :) and living my best life ofc cuz I am turning 20 this year

I wish all the best for you and don't be so hard on urself to be productive, it's okay not to be perfect djjqjs u probably are fine but when i was 13-15 I was rlly obsessed with it mainly with the fact that being homeschooled rlly forces you to be independent and kinda makes you grow up a bit too fast. atleast for me, i don't know abt u but i wouldn't want any other 15 year old to be so hard on themseleves about being productive

This year I am in my academic, organised and calm-girl era. I will have a glow-up mentally and academically. I will make study schedules and STICK to them. Hey Lena the reason you feel uncomfortable and out of place in influencer events is because that environment tends to be very toxic. In general influencers are all about themselves and you are nothing like that. You have a very genuine, sincere and kind aura about you and you are not even close to being toxic. OMG LENA! Tysm 4 everything. This goal is kinda embarrassing, so I have glasses and I REALLY REALLY dislike them I hate see everything such blur. So my goal is to improve my vision and get it back to 20/20. I am in my rebuilding and nurturing era to sweeten my future and brighten my tomorrows. Usually I find videos like this and think "nice, but ik im not gonna stick to it." but with THIS video I was already subconsciously doing nearly HALF of the advice you were speaking of which really gave me confidence. Thank you! You are giving out such positive and nurturing vibes that gives me the courage to believe that this year will be a success. Even if all the years I didn't accomplish what I wanted, I accomplished and learnt what I needed. I am capable of accomplishing my goals and rebuilding my life. 2023 might have been rough, and I might have felt that I feel off-course of my life and my place, but that was just to show me what I really wanted. It gave me peace which I never knew I needed, and I see that now. This year is the year that I will find my kinder and brighter self and form a future that I truly love and will call mine. im in my healing, productive, and academic era. Im 15 turning 16 this year, im doing online school doing hs and college classes and this last 6 months have been so bad mentally for me. Ive been so hurt by friends and a guy and also by my parents and it felt like this past six months all i have been doing is fighting for a reason to live and fighting off any feelings of wanting to end my life. Its been so hard for me and i just really feel like i can see myself hopefully being happy this year. I am in my dreams coming true era! I applied for my dream job overseas after working years to make myself the best possible candidate I can be, I finally have a diagnosis for my chronic illness and can work on maintaining my health as long as possible despite the degenerative nature of the disease I have. I want to thank you, Lena! I started watching about 6 months ago and you helped me see that the gym doesn't have to be scary. I've been going to yoga consistently for almost 2 years but for my health I need to be doing more strength training. I finally joined a gym a month ago because you gave me the courage to try! Because it's so easy for me to accidentally really hurt myself I also signed up with a trainer to help me and I love her so much. Thanks for giving the courage to make this leap! I love it and I feel so good for doing this.

Thanks for the inspirational video. I think this is my "Positively Consistent" era. I need to work on habits and routines in general. In everything. But, I understand that I need some flex in there, too. As far as forgiving and letting go... one thing that has helped me make peace is just understanding that everyone is not perfect. We all have our quirks, issues, defects, etc. As much as toxic people that are close to us (like parents) drive us bananas, it helps to feel compassion. Here me out: When someone is being pushy, demanding and unreasonable, you could think, "Oh man, it's really gotta suck being so self-centered all the time." Just think about how you feel when you compromise in good faith, or offer to bag groceries for the old lady holding up the line in front of you, or going to sleep in peace knowing that you didn't need to tear anyone down. Feels great, right? Like you know that living in harmony with others and going with the flow brings so much satisfaction. Now imagine being the opposite, and going to bed thinking that people are out to get you and what a victim you are. It's kind of...sick, in a way. But that's it. We all have our own "sick" that we're dealing with. It helps me to be tolerant, patient and to forgive. Now, if I can remember to do that when warranted... oh yeah! This is my Positively Consistent Era 😂 Happy New Year, everyone! ⭐️

You guys I have an exercise that I believe God wants me to share with you before this new year! 😊 For anyone that you are harbouring negative feelings for, imagine them sitting across from you and just pour out your heart to them but let it end in forgiveness. Believe me it feels amazing to get everything going off your chest! We should forgive others as God has forgiven us. Wishing you guys the best new year and one more thing, even if you aren’t Christian I encourage you to pray. Jesus loves you and even died for you, that’s how precious you are to Him!! He forgives you and treasures you no matter what you’ve done and going into the new year I pray that you connect with Him and allow Him to make Himself known to you. Having Jesus in your life brings you peace that cannot be put into words. Anyways girlies have a lovely day ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
