Not much effort if you were to follow the steps in the video. I would recommend you put together a budget on what you can afford to launch including for marketing spend.

After your merchant account, how do we get paid? Does our web designer ass our business bank account to the merchant account??

Hey Lila, I'll make a video called "how does merchant accounts work", but basically, if you have a paypal account, it's the same. As soon as it is integrated into your website, it will transmit the data on what the customer buys, the payment info, address etc. The money goes into the Merchant account and then you can manually transfer it to your bank or usually it will auto transfer within 24 hours. Hi there. You didn’t tell us the start-up price for purchasing your inventory outright and storing it yourself. Could you please give your viewers a approximate figure?

Hi Janet, Yes, purchasing about a 3 to 6 month's supply of inventory, storing it yourself, possibly hiring a part-time employee to help with packing / shipping or social media / customer service , setting up the website, incorporation fees, branding fees, website design, etc, You're looking at about $55,000 for a startup. This is on a low end. Could go up depending on how much you spend on marketing and inventory. Those are the biggest expenses. I would highly recommend you setup a drop ship store to test the waters before buying inventory, that way you can get an idea of what is in demand and what products sell the fastest. If you end up wanting to hold inventory, you can do that as well on the side. Most suppliers don't care if you buy it wholesale or use their drop shipping services, as long as an order is placed with them. Thanks for watching and leaving me a comment. 😍 Best, Adella
