How to register and start a company in the USA as a foreigner or non-citizen of the US. Starting a company in the United States of America is a great way of expanding your business whether you run an online business or not. Some of the top reasons why foreigners register businesses in the US is so that they can sell on Amazon, relocate there to the US, get access to angel investors, enhance the reputation of their companies and to dropship products. The common company structures for foreign companies operating in the US are an LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp and a Partnership but this video covers the process of registering a company as an LLC also known as a Limited Liability Company.
