I used an extreme Instagram strategy when I first started, then I took months off from Instagram and focused on scaling through email, video, and advertising automation. There's definitely a way to succeed either way but combining forces can supercharge your growth! Great content, like always Erin❣️

My first video I literally screamed in the air before I uploaded it because of the anxiety of what would happen. I uploaded it and since then I learned it doesn't matter what other people think along as you Believe you can do it

This is exactly why I started my channel! I want to show my journey from the very start! before all the success! People always show us when they’ve “made it”. It’s important for people to see the actual steps, time frame, everything! it’s getting off to a slow start, but I’m very determined! my goal was just on a Vision board last month and I’ve taken the first steps to get started! Give myself time! That is 'Knowing or understanding that failure is in the plan. And that just bcuz you fail in an area or a something, does not mean that you are a failure. My biggest hang up is posting consistently. I would love to hire a social media manager to build my brand awareness but I haven’t found the right person yet.

I definitely get caught up on feeling like I have to have things all planned out and perfect before I start. 🙃 I know that’s not realistic & things will change and get better as I learn & grow, but that does tend to hold me back many times.

Camera comfort and "personal satisfaction" are my hang-ups. I will delete everything if I don't like how I sound, what I look like...whatever the excuse is that makes me feel uncomfortable about my presentation gets used and the project is scrapped.

My big hang up about social media is getting on camera, I am a fashion stylist and makeup artist, and i model however in the past I didn’t enjoy it, however at the end of the the videos and pictures I get great results and feedback, 2023 is my step out to be the actual face of my brand. Also my hands are a large part of my business so I’m not able to take pictures of myself while working, however another vide of your challenged me to get a tri- pod and just do it myself and use what I have so. I’m creating content soon to launch my RU-vid channel!
I love social media for businesses! But I do feel it sometimes can be a distraction not allowing one to focus on the reality of their venture & the real world impact it needs to be making! still watching 💃🏾 Currently learning the balance 🤗 & shared some of these on my channel as well ❤️

It seems like a lot of pieces to joggle at once when your one person, especially when the SEO for these platforms rewards consistency. How do you know what to priorities and when?
Hey Tasha, that’s where virtual assistants/social media managers come in. You can start by focusing on one platform first and then expand. However, if you want to dive into all at once you can hire a SMM. I myself am a social media manager. If you’re interested, we can work something out.

Consistency slows me down for sure I try planning but sometimes I let the day take over with full time job and my two toddlers keeping me busy when I get off. Trying figuring out how to batch content- coming up with ideas that feel genuine
I think I chose the wrong platform for my business so switching and being able to consistent over there and not overwhelmed by being on too many platforms.
