So yes there have been jobs that I have done and though "wow I should have charged alot more for this" but hey you live and learn.

I started with $20. Got a squeegee and brush plus a bottle for soap and water. I used old towels I had and an old step ladder. I made $70 my first day. Used that money to buy a nicer step ladder and bucket. Got a WFP and DI system only 2 years ago. Changed my life
That ending was genmuinely moving. I just had my first day at work today starting my new window cleaning business, and it didn't go as well as I would've wanted. I feel really motivated however to keep pushing through, and busting my ass. I want to live like you said, take my future wife out to a nice dinner and buy whatever we want. Take my future family on a spectacular vacation to greece just because. Thank you man I honestly can't explain how touching this was and I sincerely appreciate the words. Had my first job today and I felt the exact same way. Took me so long and the screens were super hard to clean and they still don’t look right. But this video was super encouraging. That 90% rule that he gave was awesome.
Been cleaning Windows for five years with my boss who has been doing it for 30. There are many levels to window cleaning and many ways to cut the fat because with window cleaning, speed is the name of the game. Just remember slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!!! I’m flat broke as I got out of trucking 7 months ago. I got my insurance agent license and was looking for something that could make me money NOW as I hone my skills and that I could do as a freelancer. I totally am onboard with this!!! I bought an 18” squeegee 18” microfiber scrubber, 14” scrubber, 12” swivel squeegee like in your video, a 25’ telescoping pole, 30 microfiber towels, microfiber applicator pads, safety glasses, a gallon of easy glide glass cleaner, a collapsible bucket etc I’m advertising on craigslist, offer up, Nextdoor and soon Facebook and Instagram. Let’s gooooo!!!!!

I have noticed that when there is hard work to be done god has a nasty habit of not turning up . Human beings like me do the work and people like to give god the credit.
This video is 3 years old. But this is by far, the absolute best! The most inspirational thing ive watched on any platform. I love the freedom of the camera, I love the fact that you're explaining everything and yourself and telling us its possible! That simple $15 squeegee may be just that to others, but to you! Its the metaphorical key to your fucking dreams!!!
The moral dilemma got me. I've been working in the tech space for the past 10 years and you talking about beating yourself up at night hit home. Waking up in the middle of the night asking myself if I could have tested more, could I find more insights into the dataset, could I have provided better customer service on the phone. And then have conversations with people over and over again in my head. For those who have no guilty conscious and your head hits the pillow as soon as you fall asleep, I envy you.

i recently started cleaning windows again ..i live in southern cali ..mojave desert ... i am 52 .. i was trained by Paul friedrichs, he was a semi famous window guy when i was 26 in baton rouge la. he was famous for standing on the 6 inch ledge above the door at the mens club down town..funny thing is that his picture was in the paper and osha saw it and they got a huge fine..lol.. i hit the mall and a big job at a resterant here in rosamond ..a few monthly and a few weekly ..i am buying your book ...nuff said

So literally I wanna just say thank you first of all this is so dope and it is exactly what I thought it was going to be and I actually have learned that I’m an empath and all of that so people are attracted to me selling things is very easy for me to do especially myself! Last year I worked at a hotel downtown in my city I also stay right around the corner so I also live downtown I did from front desk training throughout the hotel until I ended up doing public work because the older guy was getting too old and unreliable he used to drink a lot so they promoted me to the groundskeeper To wash the windows one day with a handheld Rubbermaid squeegee it was really nice and they used this chemical that is very affordable but anyway I grew to love washing windows I always used to half ass it when my grandma used to tell me too when I was a kid so when I was doing it at work last year with me being 35 now 34 last year I was like how am I taking pride in this even though it’s the summer it’s a nice day I used to give my grandma so much shit so I’m gonna dedicate that to her is gonna be for her and her name but I’m definitely about to start thank you for the motivation and nobody when I tell you nobody is doing this this is going to be good cleanup no pun intended😂
Omg. Hi I'm Keith... Literally 😂🤣😂 I used to be a window cleaner. And did exactly what you did back in 2012. Spot on. But, I started with an actual company to begin with. They call guys without an "actual" business, "Bucket Bob". Lol Btw, as an employee I cleaned approximately 10k+/- in invoices a week. Obviously I only banked 28% of that.
Any tips on how to get hard water off of windows? Right now I'm using a sponge buffer pad on a drill to get them off but wondering if there's a better way or if you could make a video showing how to remove hard water off of windows. Thanks!

You don't need no belt and for sure no expensive extensions. Squeegee, wooden extension a home cleaning bucket from the dollar store... $35. Don't need the marketing fluff cleaners either and he was spot on.. DAWN DISH SOAP and a $2.00 spray bottle that you can hook to your pocket or hold on the other hand. A bottle of Windex, that's it. Charge by the window FIRST FLOOR.. Easy $75. Charge more for second floor and set fees based per pane or however you like.
