@@suryahr307 hello mate i would rly like to help you...i have helped man y of my friends into calisthenics so you can start by doing negatives for example pull ups..if u dont know what is a negative pull up u can google it ..also in the begin you can have your friend to help u do one pull up for example trust me one by one pull up and after some time you will be ready to rock
I don't believe so. It's a fair start because it's the correct moment correlation between stabilizer and strength muscles. We had to do this when I have six years old in Gymnastics. I hated it. But once I got better, I saw it's purpose. These are just the start of the building blocks to some incredible strength and mobility. It isn't for everyone. Just saying
Omg. Thank you for this. I couldn't progress past the beginning stages before but I see now that I need to get the foundation right. You guys showcased exactly how to do a real beginners routine knowing exactly what problems we face. Great job. 👍
Thank you so much for this! I can see now how my lack of mobility has caused so many injuries in the gym, even with next to no weight! I did a shoulder press with like .5 kg like 3 months ago and hurt something and am trying to repair it and had a PT smashing me in the gym with squats and hurt my back and thought it would go away if I got stronger but my mobility is shiiiiit. I feel I’m more confident doing workouts!
This has been a fantastic output, you guys have been doing so far. Hats off to you. The beauty of it, it does work for most people, given that they understand their bodies. My shoulder lack of mobility been better so is my abdominal belt. All the best.
I cannot believe how amazing and instructional your videos are. I wish I lived closer to have you as PT to pinpoint my weaknesses and improve upon. I love how you explain everything. It's so easy to follow, I have no issues getting the details of your directions. I will soon be purchasing your programmes in order to further progress on my calisthenic's journey, which is just starting. On top of all that, I admire how clean your moves are, the execution of the excercises is simply flawless (at least to my eyes). One thing I really want to achieve again is the full split. I know this video is one year old. yet I hope you get to read this message at some point. Please keep the videos coming. You guys are doing a great job teaching people the correct positions and how to avoid injuries! Best of luck mates!!! =)
Thanks for these tips!! I tried them this morning. They are not easy especially reverse pushup/ bridge but I'm deternined to be in the best functional shape of my life! ✌🏼🗽
Just found this channel and had to comment thank you. Clear direct info with out hype or distractions. Examples are presented wonderfully against a black background. Excellent producing. Thanks again! Liked and sub
Have been doing freeletics for a couple of years but am really getting hooked on the calisthenics train! I love the combination of strength and mobility!!! Thank you for those excellent videos!

@@cesarortiz395 its the air building up in the intestines that is impacting your duration and thus builds up negative pressure that's why it's impacting in a negative way, a solution would be to stick a little straw up your bumm so that the air flows right out before it starts building up, this should fire your duration through the roof, let me know if it works cuz I never tried it . Thanks in advance
Cesar Ortiz I’m not sure if that’s meant to be a sarcastic comment about breathing technique but I can assure you, proper breathing can make or break your workout. Period.
really fantastic advice, the bridge and active and passive hangs are really fantastic for build strength and also mobility in the joints, along with the rings!! great vid, thanks guys, reminded me of the importance of keeping up the basic strength training too :)
And here I started calisthenics by doing 300-400 floppy and extremely messed-up form push-ups for 3 times per day. Which is 900-1200 floppy push-ups per day.
Great video, so helpful! You can't find this shit anywhere else. I have mobility issues everywhere (flat feet, ankles, hips, shoulders, wrists) and now I know what to aim for and work at. Never knew about active/passive hang and hollow body. Can't wait to apply this stuff in my workout tomorrow. Thank you for this video and channel!
@sipungora Great questions! For progressions, it is important to first know what your current strength is when doing the basic moves as a beginning calisthenics athlete. Then you can determine the right progressions to advance and challenge yourself. For resting, you should target to rest as short as possible between reps so you challenge your muscles to grow, and at the end of your circuit, rest for 1 to 3 minutes to get a quick recharge and go back into your training. Some rep ranges that I have used that are beneficial to me are: Building endurance - 12 to 15+ reps Building muscle - 8 to 12 reps Building strength - 4 to 6 reps Building max strength - 1 to 3 reps Hope this helps!
Should I do this routine every day three times a week or like once a week ? I also go gym and I haven't really got a routine so I was just wondering when to add this
Well, I did a few exercises that made it possible to do a pushup. I could barely do a pushup when I started, but now I'm a God at pushups. Can do 20 clap pushups in a row.
Dethzoomastro I can do 25 push ups in a row, last year when I started calisthenics I wasn’t even able to do 1. If you wanna progress with your push ups you need to do a lot of “Decline Push up” where you lean your hands to wall or chair for support. The push up will come automatically to you once you have enough strength to do 1 push up. I used to do them everyday back in 2016 and that’s how I got my first push up. Hope it helps!
Heyy. I've been practicing by watching your videos from a month. Daily I've been doing as per the sequence - warm-up, streches and then strength training involving more push ups and animal kind of moves and handstand. Yesterday I observed my right side chest is bigger than left. Today I'm feeling pain on entire right side that I can't even lift anything. I've been doing workout with focus and I don't know why my Right side taking most of the weights. Please help me with the solution/reasons for this.
I was a Marine a long time ago... I was a Recon Ranger which is Special Forces and we mostly did calisthenics and we were in top top physical condition and nobody could match us or come close to keeping up with us on missions and training.... I know, once a Marine always a Marine.... Semper Fi... Bravo out and adios from the mountains of Guatemala
Rafters/floor joists(if you have a basement), playgrounds, strong rope and some rings, trees and/or PVC pipe pieces connected = cheap gym. Way less than buying any gym equipment.
@Your Loneliness I know it's too late. But did you really do that, my man ? I think it'd feel uncomfortable since you let it swing back and forth, especially as doing push up, you know what I mean
@Your Loneliness glad to hear that man. Unfortunately I can't do that. I barely have my own privacy. I still live in my parents house and I have to share room with my brother. But thanks for your advice, I'll give a try as there's no one at home
