Appreciate the video. The dealership failed to provide this critical safety information on delivery of the vehicle. My previous vehicle (Mazda) I was explicitly told on the delivery in the event of a dead battery to simply push the push button start with the dead fob and will act like an NFC chip like your debit card. And a sales person I spoke to told me that Ford is the exact same way even though it's not..

Could I make a copy of that key and use for entry in the event I need to retrieve the fob locked in the car?

I push up and the cover still doesn't come off
