I have been using the electronic road book on both my wr250 and my ktm 950 here in the USA for over a year. You can buy a blue tooth volume control cheap on ebay and put it on your handle bars to page up or down. I just write my own road book with software from Rally Navigator.
Excellent video. Would you happen to know if they hv something like this in the US? I researched it and it brings me to the cannonball run. Which runs across the US from NYC to LA. I'm not trying to do all that. Lol. But a rally for a day or two is definitely doable. As long as it's paved roads lol 😊😂.
That's an original video Kate! Did you miss the "sand" in any way, mixed with food, stuck 'n holding your bike up? Sounds like you have been fully re-hydrated and back to having fun. Tale care and stay well as always.
Thank you for sharing that this app exists, I’ll finally be able to ride Rally nav style! Question for you. What brand of those custom ear plugs are you using? Thanks again.
That’s a great road book for navigation! Back in the 70’s and early 80’s, when we raced the ISDE Two Day Qualifier Series here in the Eastern USA 🇺🇸, our navigation tool was a paper route roll chart! Similar, but very archaic I guess!!! Lol…. Thanks for sharing this! Ride safe Vanessa! :)
For roadbook it is all paper mapping so no need for internet. But if you would like to stay connected to the outside world I use eSims from a company called EasySimGlobal
