Its realy good .. Friends uf u r realy want to acieve it ...i will add something ...i know dom is perfect♥️ Before doing human flag 1)do lot of pull up n get stronger lats n shoulder 2) master the handstand pushup Strong push n pull realy help to acieve faster .... Many atheletes never train human flag yet they do it ....beacause they have strong core n push + pull Thx

Nice tutorial my guy!What are the prerequisites for human flag?I can do ~20 clean pu and 7-8 chest to wall handstand push ups - do i have a strong foundation to do it??🙏🙏👍👍

i tried the jumping one and you can easily hurt your shoulders as he said dom can u also make a video about the jumping to full planch ... i mean i m doing it and i had some good progress

Great breakdown of the exercise Dominik! Could anyone tell me which "handles" he's using? I built a wooden frame outside for my pull-up bar and don't know how to train the human flag as I can't grip the wood. Thanks in advance!

I am also trying to find out what handles these are. don't have room for a ladder at my set up. these seem really easy to install.

The bottom one Is pretty low right? I feel much more comfortable and it’s a lot easier when the bottom is on our waist height

I Can hold Full flag on stall bars but if I try on single pole I Can hold upper and lower position but when Im lowering from top to horizontal I always lose my balance. I have strenght to hold it but balance on single pole is challenging for me, I always rotate and lose the position. Can you also make video for people which are more advanced or have some experience with flag ?

4:14 I don't really see why you recommend bent arm exercises in order to achieve a straight arm skill. Nonetheless great post as usual !!!

Side plank is also a good exercise. But it's just for core strenght not that much for press/pull strenght.
