Tips for stencilling 👇👇👇
1. Cake needs to be super cold for this. I usually let it set in the fridge overnight before I stencil.
2. For stencilling, use a warmer consistency of buttercream. You can microwave your buttercream for 3 to 4 seconds to achieve this consistency.
3. I use my very own Swiss meringue buttercream for filling, covering and stencilling. Recipe available for purchase.
