maybe this will help in our 200cc build nmax × aerox 1. reinforce bell add weight 2. put a groove any design as long it grip on the clutch surface usually a fine groove will do the job 3. never put to much grease on the torque drive.. it depends on your grease quality 4. double the seals on your torque drive so the grease will never go out 5. add higher clutch rpm 6. check those alignment or maybe your bell is oblong or wobbling change it.. those parts has a wear & tear life span

One day, my 49cc clutch started doing this weird thing on a certain long uphill stretch. It would kind of variate up and down strangely. Inspecting the variator revealed nothing, and someone online said "oh it sounds like the clutch ramps are damaged or have run out of lube". So i disassembled my entire clutch and tore into it only to find that the clutch ramps were indeed completely fine. At the time, I didn't know what to do, so I added generous amounts of lube to the ramps and closed it back up. WRONG MOVE. My clutch started slipping like crazy, making me unable to accelerate and robbing me of all my precious torque. It turns out that the clutch ramps only need the TINIEST bit of lube to not grind - with the amount I added, the lube flung out and got into the clutch bell and between the clutch pads. The result was that I had to toss the entire clutch as even cleaning with sandpaper would only last until the clutch heated up - then more lube would find its way onto the pads Moral of the story: only mess with the clutch ramps and their lube if you feel the torque converter grinding when you open and close it. If you hear a pop sound and feel gliding, that's perfect - that's how it's supposed to be

My clutch is sliping (or i think it does cuz it makes grinding sound) only when engine is hot,not from start at cold,its smooth there,why is this like that ?

I have a 2019 bintelli spark 50cc, and when I take off, I hear a bell ringing sound for a second.. The dealership is dying to get it in there for $100 per hour to fix. I'm not a mechanic, but I know how to check stuff - except a scooter clutch.. What do you think, and recommend??

I inspected my clutch after 1000 miles and was surprised to find grease on the clutch pads. Any idea where that would come from? The trans shaft is not leaking. I used your technique of cleaning and sanding with new kevlar belt. Rides much smoother. What do you think?
