Just got back from the climbing gym and this couldn't have been uploaded at a better time! Thanks for all the information you've shared with us over the years. Whether you realize it or not, you are literally responsible for helping millions of people around the world recover from injuries and chronic pain. Absolute🐐's
thanks and love from pakistan.May Allah Almighty give both of you a long life.I m on thyroxine as i have total thyroidectomy and often suffer with joint pain, permanent shoulder blade and pinched nerve pain and now a days tennis elbow pain.I follow your exercises and become painfree. No need to go to dr.Really really love and pray for both of you.
You’re releasing the fascia. Was an amazing release actually. I have been having elbow pain had a major surgery and my fascia was impacted and it’s solidified. Amazing what Myofascial work does. Saved my life after breast cancer reconstruction using flaps to rebuild. Great video as always
Your channel is one of the best on RU-vid. So many people don't have physical therapist easily available to them, and more don't have GOOD physical therapist available. Thank you for all you do.
Peace and love to you too! Surprisingly, some people have never really had someone tell them they love them, and it is desperately needed! You are an example to us all. Love you both!! :)
I like how you mention testing the pain level before and after - it's encouraging to keep up the stretches when you gauge it each time. I'll pass this on to my clients. Thanks for the tips as always, Boys!
THAT WORKED!!!!! The 2 min stretch at the beginning I did for the full two minutes and it went from an 8 to a 0!!! Thanks Brad and Bob. You two are awesome!!!
@@BobandBrad I’ve had tennis elbow for 7 weeks now!! I eat plant based (anti inflammatory diet) but my work is what keeps it not healed. I found the most famous physical therapists on the internet and I’ve watched multiple videos of yours and they ALL have helped so much and it’s ACTUALLY starting to heal finally!! I’m 90% healed, a couple more days of your stretches, heat, cold and massage, I’ll be 100% and ready to work on the strengthening videos you have!! THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH!!!!! You’re appreciated in Michigan!! 😊💯
Great therapy, thanks! I use a Chainsaw a lot, which has given me a raging lateral epicondylitis from time to time, so your therapies do help. Peace and love to you guys, too, from Nurse Tim in Alaska✌
In watching your video and trying the butter Knife trick , I found that a spoon can work well for the cross fiber element . I'm a massage therapist and have experimented with a lot of finger saving strategies !
I like the (relatively) new _whoosh_ in the editing when the screen swipes to the left. Kind of reminds me of how I am on my dating app - swipe left, left again. 😃😄 Thank you gentleman!
Hey Guys great video bur my right elbow has I think tennis elbow but my right wrist is totally fused, basically I can't bend my wrist, what do I do? I started curling weights and after about a week my elbow started hurting. What to do?
Thanks so much guys. I think I feel relief after one treatment. I have a question about the percussion massager, you said don’t use on the neck. I use often on the back of my neck for tension and the front for tight muscles. Is this bad? Thanks, Jessie
I've watched all of your videos on golfer's elbow, tried everything, don't know what else to do. I have an excellent, upfront, honest, yet personable elbow doc/surgeon. He has been very honest re the fact that surgery was not guaranteed to make it right. At this point it is affecting my sleep beyond what I ever thought insomnia did. Talk about painful. I'm a side sleeper, can't sleep on my right side because of this elbow. Apparently when I do try to switch sides, I wake up screaming. I never knew this could get so painful. No more steroid injections for me. Now I'm feeling it in my left elbow. What are the chances of this happening - right now, during this right elbow hell? What to do?? This has been going on for a bit over a year. I use your exercises, I've been through PT. I've dropped too many glasses, plates, food, anything for that matter. I guess I need to find out if the surgery could make it worse. If anyone has had any experience with this surgery, please chime in! Thank you for all you do guys! Love the channel!
We are very sorry to hear you are going through this. Sometimes, surgery is the only option left, even though we do like to try all other avenues first. It sounds like you have been trying them, so it may be time to consult your doctor about taking the next steps.
what if said elbow pain is coming from cane use? Pain is being felt on the pointy side? What would you recommend? I've been talking Naproxen, "zapping" it with my Tens, exercising. Also having upper back - near my "wing". Could it be related?
Need help. I’m having issues of pain where the muscle and bone at the pointy elbow connect. ;further down from the tennis elbow muscle more at the pointy bone tip. It hurts especially after carrying a large pail of water to the barn and wheelbarrow project. The only thing I do is try not use my arm/elbow. Not sure how to fix this part of elbow area after a couple years. Please Help 😢❤
Bob & Brad, could you please tell me where I can order one of those slightly padded exercise tables/bench (not a weight bench) like the one that is blue & right behind you, that you use in your videos?
We don't have an exact brand that we recommend. Ours was purchased a very long time ago and was used in one of our offices so we don't recall which brand it is unfortunately. There are a lot of nice ones for relatively cheap on Amazon!
@@BobandBrad brand makes absolutely no difference to me. Could you at least tell me what the exact name of what that is because I'm probably putting it in the search engine the wrong way Not sure if I should call it bench, table....or what. I really don't order off amazon, but I'm just looking for something remotely close to what you use for your examples. Can't use the floor bc have difficulty getting up, bed is too soft for those exercises. Would prefer brand new, as well, and don't care where else to have ti order, other than Amazon. Hope that's not too much trouble for you, if so, nevermind. Just please name what this would be called (not a brand name) so I can try to find something similar. Have had trouble finding something similar so far. Thank you!
Yes! We do like the TENS unit. Here is a link to our TENS program on our website in case you are interested for a certain part of your body: www.bobandbrad.com/tens
the problem is I never feel pain in my tennis elbow when doing exercizes, I feel pain when I push the spots and it's also swollen but I can't provoke the pain in any way
