How To Stop Knee Pain Cycling Without Losing Fitness
In this video, I talk about my two-year journey to fix my knee pain on the bike and how I was able to continue to ride successfully and what I did to finally fix it.
Knee pain on the bike is almost always going to be a consequence of:
1) A problem with your bike fit
2) A problem with your body (strength, mobility, etc)
3) A combination of the two (most likely)
If you address your body and your fit int he proper way, it is possible to avoid pain that leads to an injury and unable to ride. This is what I hope to help you achieve here.
