For me, and for a lot of amateur players, errors primarily come from one thing : Effort/conditioning. When I start to get tired, I stop moving my feet as much. That's when it all starts to crumble.

Great video guys! It must be challenging to play on the grass court you boys are on. Your top spins actually bounce lower; I can't imagine how effective back spin slices can be. I would love to see a lesson where you guys talk about this court and apply your knowledge about this in correlation to foot work, techniques etc. Cheers!

Another great training video thanks... I could watch this video 100 times and I'd still be making errors. A few years ago I started to analyze my most common error - I wasn't hitting down the line, I was aiming towards the corners and it was a high risk shot. In time I corrected that error, and then I analyzed the next most common error - for me it was D/faults. My point is, I don't think I (we) can stop making errors, all I look to do now is recognize the error category and know what I should do differently.

With average rally length recreational to pro being 4 shots, it's best to practice serves, serve returns, serve +1 and serve return +1. A great lesson would be how to pressure opponents' weak second serves in both singles and doubles. Also, how to target serve placement and spin if you can't hit a fast, powerful serve. Thanks for all your great lessons.

This is the video I needed. Will practice more on hitting with hight and getting low and staying low with thebracket. Too many times in the rally I hit the ball into the net, not getting the racket low enough and then hitting across the ball. Or not enough spin to keep it in and it actually goes long even though I didn't hit the ball with much pace. I'm so loose and hit so well in the warm up then completely loose it in the match. I don't know how to stay as loose in the match as in warm up or get out of my head when I miss shots. Ugh! Thanks.

@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial Hi, Simon. Basically every lesson you guys hold is appreciated! In these days, however, I'm going in depth about the Drop Shot, experimenting the difference between a long drop and a very short drop, one that literally dies near the net; in particular, I noticed (also by learning from the pros) that, if you want to perform the latter in an effective way, you have to let the racket head sag, let it go down towards the ground. That way, you'll have both a short drop and a nice spin. Maybe a recap on the drop would be nice anyway, since a lot of people and teachers confuse the dropshot with the standard back...

@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial Yes of course, I have many questions in my head :) 1) Differences between left side serve and right side: how to hit external or T 2) My first serve is very strong but it ends up to the net almost always. How can I improve it? 3) I spend a lot of energy in a short time rather my opponent. How can I improve my tennis so I can run less than him and keep my mind more clear? 4) My one hand backhand is good in practice but awful during the match. I think I have a problem to figure out the right timing with fast balls These are my suggestions for some videos :)

Tennis is a game of faults & errors. So to stop making mistakes you need to quit playing tennis.

If you make your opponent mess up before you, then you won't make a mistake 🤔💭

@@alexandergeorgiev2631 false, you would make less mistakes. The title states how to stop making mistakes all together. Even the very best players can't play one match without making a mistake. Bad title, nice video.

@@atrem7942 Yes, you have to come to terms with errors in tennis. But this can't turn into an alibi for avoidable mistakes. The title is clearly hyperbolic.

gotta say that I hate the title of this video... if Federer, Djokovic, Nadal, etc can make mistakes, then anyone can and will!
