I was having intense attacks recently. I found this video and applied it, and it worked perfectly! I had to embrace the initial symptom of my latest attack and tell myself "it's uncomfy, but not dangerous". The single symptom did not progress further and faded away within an hour. I've been great ever since. This video saved my career!

You're so adorable, I'm glad you've overcome your attacks. I've had them since college and take medicine every day to keep them away. I've gone off the meds, and they come back. It's not a perfect situation, but anything is better than those attacks!
