How to stop the flashing red light on your 6.0 Unidentifiable cordless phone

Thank you very much, the first time i did what most people do, which is to go to the settings on the phone ie: Advanced setup and reset the VMWI RESET, BUT IT WORKED, BUT STILL CAME BACK, CHEERS FROM AUSTRALIA. :)

I just solved my blinking light by going into GLOBAL SETUP. I went into VMWI (whatever THAT is!) and RESET it by choosing "YES". The light immediately stopped!!

If you own a Panasonic Model KX-TGA930 series remote phone and base set-up, and the message light continues to blink 24/7, the fix is this: • If the handset still indicates there are new messages even after you have listened to all new messages, turn it off by pressing and holding {OFF} key on the handset until the handset beeps. You only have to do this once using any of your handsets, and your light will stop blinking or I'll eat an old sock!
