I already follow the things you mentioned here. It's just that my car's headrest is angled forward, and there's no way to adjust it. I can move it up and down, but in its entire range there's no spot where it doesn't push my head forward.

If it goes up and down, it probably comes out. If it comes out, there's a chance that a third-party replacement is available.

@@duubtuub3071 I was actually able to just take it out and turn it around. With it turned around, it doesn't actually lock in one place, but I just put a neck rest pillow under it, and that setup works great.

What is your recommendation for driving when you can’t be a passenger and you have a pinched nerve in your neck and lots of pain your left arm? After several minutes of driving the pain in my left arm intensifies.

When I did drivers training 7ish years ago the new recommendations for holding your hands on the steering wheel were 9 and 3! I did a quick google search and it’s seems still the same today

Bob, I've tried your sock trick myself as I have cervical stenosis but i find it falls down as I shift my body to look back at times especially when backing up. How do you keep it in place? Thanks.

I drive bus's I only get pain when I have to drive the old CNG ones ( with the massive steering wheels). I don't get these pains in more modern bus's. Cricket small 4 minute breaks in between each route 1 rupee is roughly half an hour to an hour. but I shift can be from 3 to 5 hours. then 30 - 50 minute Mel break then a second half of the shift we should be behind the amp oil from anywhere between 7.5 to 12 hours of course with breaks. All our chairs are adjustable and have suspension. How are you I made sure we are in the right driving position. However I get lower neck pain and shoulder pain whenever I drive the old bus is mainly due to overextension I can't be helped because of the old style big wheel.
