I rolled my ankle coming down from taking a smash in tennis today, would you guys class that as a lateral ankle sprain

Advice to people: put a prewrap or flextape before the adhesive tape. Much more comfortable

you lost me on 2nd heel lock because the camera angle changed and so did the direction of the strapping
