Hi Sir I am from Montreal Canada A few days ago I saw your tube videos. I subscribed your channel. Actually I have severe neck pain and doctor told in my neck my bones are rubbing each other. It’s C3 C4 C5. When I saw your videos and I did some exercises it was helpful. But you have lot of videos of neck pain so if you can please tell me which one is really helpful for me. Great video clear and easy to follow thanks for all of the tremendous advice - I need to work on the fourth exercise (arms up on the wall) as both of my wrists will not touch the wall in that posture yet.

You have a lot of beneficial stretching videos, for example lower back, hip, upper back etc… how can I combine them ? Yes most of my discomfort is rounding my shoulders forward while typing. I love the wall angel and now I have to do the floor ones. Then the shoulder gets pinched from moving the mouse. Never ending battle of what will hurt next 😂

Great question, @inthemystery8297! Bulging discs TYPICALLY respond best to extension-based exercises... which all of these are. I would recommend these to a patient who is trying to rehab a bulged disc. Doctor i have l3 l4 pain..and my thighs are shows ni sign oe energy....bt after my MRI first my doctor said i need complete bedrest for 1 to 3 month...now the problem is their is no sign of cure...and now he us saying that i need urgent opration...if i want to be pain-free.....what should i do.....
