I have tight hip flexors. I have lots of issues with my sacro-iliac joints. I go to chiropractor every few months for an adjustment. Could tight hip flexors be the problem? Or maybe hamstrings? I want to avoid all these chiro visits.
You have explained. This problem?I have spinal tanosis better than any doctor I have ever had, Thank you. So much. Made a good Lord. Bless you and everything you thank you.Thank you
Ive got this issue with my back. ive seen a physio and was told to do the posterior pelvic tilt exorcise. however I dont seem to be able to work out how to command my body to flatten my back in that way. Do you have any recommendations?
If you’re not able to afford a hot compress at this time: boil some water, put something like a shirt or towel in the warm-hot water and place it in a zip lock bag. Keeps it hot for a while 😊
