I bought these black trousers in beige last spring, and they quickly became my favorite pair of trousers. I love the modern, menswear-inspired pleats in the front... unlike a lot of other pleated pants I’ve tried on, these don’t add bulk in the front to accentuate (or create) a tummy. I’m wearing the petite version of these trousers, which are the perfect length on me with heels (I’m 5’4”), but they are also available in regular sizing (33.75” inseam) which would be great for you taller ladies!

I've been working out 6 days a week with Tracy Anderson method workouts - her metamorphosis program. I have done in before and it is amazing how it trims down the body. Though I will say, now that I am fully on the other size of menopause (for a few years now) things do level out... I've also had a restrictive diet these days, while working on my gut health. For me, cutting out things like sugar, dairy, and gluten decreased my inflammation quite a bit.

You look especially fantastic. You obviously lost the tiny bit of weight you gained from when you were in Spain. Hard to do at our age so I applaud you. We got back from Paris one month ago and I’m still struggling to de-chunk from all macarons and champagne I consumed. So worth it but it’s way easier to gain than lose. Love your style and your videos. Btw, we loved the Dior exhibition. Didn’t get to see it privately but it was gorgeous anyway.

Thanks for watching! I'm not planning to share a video on this topic, but can share what my current routine is like for you. I'm enjoying doing the Tracy Anderson Method (Metamorphosis) 6 days a week along with walking the dog, skiing, etc. I've also gone to a pretty restrictive diet in the process of healing my gut. Our dietary needs are so unique to each of us, so that is something I'm working with someone on to get just right for healing. Just working hard to feel my best as I approach 50 this summer! xo
