THIS IS SO COOL!! :D You know I really do appreciate you letting us in on what you do when you experiment, it gives those of us who try out these projects a chance to see what we can improve on/look out for based off your advice and mistakes, as well as giving us the bravery to try something new. Thanks so much for making videos, and I loved how these turned out!! You're really creative and I admire you xD Hahaha man I'm getting embarrassed lmao but I just wanted to let you know you inspire me to look for ways to incorporate DIY in my life on a day-to-day level and stuff like that. :D You rock! ~runs away~
NirvanaForeverOhYeah Thank you! That's exactly what I'm hoping people will take from it when I show my mistakes! :D I'm so happy you're enjoying my videos :)
Nicely done! I've seen that stuff in the craft stores for awhile now, and always passed it up since it seemed gimmicky. But its actually pretty cool, i might give it a shot.
Loved this tutorial. Been using Pebeo Setacolor method with plants... these are much more precise. I really like them all... thank you for including where to purchase links. I live in Hawaii and the stores here don't regularly carry these types of supplies, shipping can be expensive but we've gotten used to the inflated shipping charges. Again..Mahalo! Can't wait to get some supplies and make some cool stuff!
I had also passed this ink by when it was on sale in large bottles at Hobby Lobby this Summer for almost nothing. Now, I'm scrounging around and finding only small bottles since it is no longer being shelved. I'm using the small sample packets, as well, that recommend using the cardboard packaging to scrap/spread the ink in a 12x12 area and getting good results for a quilt project with images. Thanks for your video. It came right on time.
+Jas. Mardis I ended up buying the inks from Amazon. I don't believe they had it at the craft store near me, and I wanted specific colors, so I just opted for buying them online. I'm glad my video was helpful :)
hi chezlin , your work is so awesome look like a professional print,, and you have a good work ,, by the way im so curious about your materials also the light sensitive ink ,, i want to make my own but suddenly the sensitive ink is not available here :(
+Nikka Domingo Thank you! I bought this light sensitive ink from Amazon. I threw some affiliate links to the inks I used in the description box but if you can't get them online, try searching your local craft store for some.
I'm starting school soon again, and I don't have that much money to buy a lot of clothes, but I think this would be a great alternative to make a ton of shirts I'd like ☺️ thank you.
NessaT419 Thank you! I think it's important to leave in the mistakes I make because I feel like sometimes people are too intimidated to try some DIY projects for fear of messing up, but if they see that even seasoned crafters, like myself, mess up too so it's not as intimidating :)
I'm not sure what you mean about 'preventing concentration'. How exactly does it mess up your artwork? I haven't had any issues when using this stuff, but I can possibly help if I knew what problems your having.
sorry i meant condensation not concentration. Every time I use glass and sometimes not I get water droplets between the fabric and the transparent pattern which messes up my artwork.
