this honestly sounds like it would be the most absolute terrifying thing that could ever happen to me.

What if I told you that I can’t swim underwater...

What if no one notice you? How do you find help then? What if they give up? This is why I tried to avoid bodies of water.

Hey, someone who actually got stuck under water before, it's actually pretty hard to breathe over than 30 seconds. It's hard to tell which was IS up. I would've died if I wasnt lucky, I won't lie, I didn't do anything "WOW." Also, trying not to panic is nearly impossible (granted I didn't have an air pocket). Anyway here's my story: So I was on the beach (12 with a 14 year old brother and a 41 years old mom) and I went into the water to go boogie boarding. I went UNDER the wave which would've been fine, but another BIGGER wave which engulfed me, still not breathing in an air pocket. Before I could get up another wave went over me and practically ate me. The only way I got out was from the big waves getting smaller. I didn't have enough energy to even get up so I was laying on the sand screaming in pain (my skin kept scraping against the sand and I was actually bleeding) my mother just kept recording and my brother told me to get up. So yes, that's my story.

Me: *waits for the narrator to say "according to science"* Narrator: Me: *dies without sufficient oxygen after panicking for a while*

I want a movie about Harrison Okene....I'd pay top dollar to see it instead of any other movie ever. I listened to his story and it's downright terrifying yet astounding at the same time. Dude literally just woke up and was minding his business when a rogue wave judt came and flipped the whole ship over and sunk it to the *ocean floor* . Everyone else died, while he managed to find a tiny air pocket in COMPLETE darkness. Then freaking *sharks* break into the boat and start hunting. This guy was in that situation for DAYS. And when the salvage crew came to collect the bodies, Harrison scared the living jesus out of the divers.

I thought this was going to be if you were stuck underwater with your whole body underwater including head, like you're swimming underwater in a river or ocean and you get caught on something and can't make it back to the surface. How would you survive that?

I once got stuck under a canoe and got around 10-15m underwater but could swim up after taking a deep breath in the buble
