***TIP*** : It makes it WAY easier to remove the deck bar before trying to remove the rear motor wires. The hole the wires have to travel thru were machined and never finished, so the edges are extremely sharp and can easily damage those really important wires to the rear motor.
Very good video. I'm currently going to change my rear tyre on warrior x pro which is same setup as 11. A tip for removing the nuts and safety rings is to use a heat gun before unscrewing as they use an adhesive at factory to lock tight them. Just goes to show the great quality of these scooters.
Wish I had caught this video before I put a new rear motor on my Nanrobot RS11 which is a similar scooter to the Wolf. I just had to learn as I went on it. It was an educational experience for sure.
*** IMPORTANT NOTE*** On my Wolf Warrior 11, the Blue, Green and Yellow wires were all connected to their same colour for both the front and rear motors. Everyone, you should take photos of all wires before removing them. Then you will be able to reference the photo's when reconnecting to make sure that you are putting it back together as per your individual setup. I also had another plug with 5 very small wires in addition to the 3 coloured main ones which are nowhere to be seen in this video... Think it may have been for the controller as mine is the first version not the eye minimotors version. Crazy thing was the additional plugs were bigger than the 2 circle holes to thread the wires thru, so I had to cut the wires only on the additional plugs before I could remove the motor wires. They must have wired the plugs after feeding the wires thru. Very annoying to say the least. So that was my major hurdle I had to overcome which involved getting external assistance with the rewiring. Other challenges were loosening the 8mil bolts to expand the rear forks. To much Loctite on there. Things you can do to loosen any Loctite situation is either heat the bolts up with powerful butane torch using old Allen / Hex key to transfer the heat to the bolt or the use of car break cleaner is also very effective once you've left it overnight or few hours once it's had time to work its way down the thread. This is not an easy job at all and need minimum 2 people. Recommend, watch the video and pay a professional to do this job if you're not extremely handy.
My scooter has a razor edge on the motor cable hole, Battery compartment side. Have you noticed this too? Very easy to damage the cable pulling it through
How tight do you guys go with the axle nuts? I’ve been looking for a torque spec so I can make sure my front fork isn’t overnighted causing any breakage
I tested mine from the factory. Used some witness marks and undid the lug nuts by a couple turns, then retorqued to match. One was 25 the other 30 ft lbs. 25-30lbs will be safe
Do you know if the backside rim is detachable from the motor on a Wolf Warrior? I would much appreciate it if someone could guide me through this, thanks.
I have the wolf warrior X -Pro brilliant scooter but I don't like the birds nest of wiring very unorganised look inside a inmotion scooter there are no birds nests in there😂 Completely organised and everything is just plug and play 😎

looks easy I just got a flat back tyre on my wolf 11 gonner attempt this myself got plenty of time I cnt find a service shop that's going to be cheap shame this is the only video on the Internet
Am I the only person with a wolf warrior 11 who has hit a pothole and ends up with a badly bent rim? I am not looking forward to dealing with this. The image I had of this scooter being able to deal with different road / off road conditions has definitely been shattered.
Hi guys would it be possible to reply to a question you really know your stuff OK here goes i had a problem with deck lights took the lid off my friend spotted a single grey wire with black connector not connected to anything he then found another grey wire female connector not connected so he plugged them in he then found that the black wire had come off the switch so he soldered it all the wires are jumbled there are another set of grey wires connected not sure which ones to unplug now 2 long grey wires connected together by black plug 2 other grey wires female connectors 10cm long 1 grey wire 10cm male connector, are they to limit the power not sure what they are for i think the scooter has lost power Many thanks
Hello - If it is the Motor that "locks up" , then it could be the motor. We recommend bringing it into your local electric scooter repair shop to have them run a diagnostic on your scooter. Hope this helps!
Mine did the same. For me, I sorted it by bumping the cable where it comes out of the brake lever. I could tell the brake was on as the Wolf X has brake lights. Bad angles on the cable ties I think. Try adjusting them maybe like I ended up doing.
